Blended: Sleep

 

The blended sleep coaching track is a combination of the digital coaching track with 1.5 hours (CHALLENGE) or 2 hours (BASIC) 1-on-1 coaching.

Content

How can you determine which program suits you best? Answer these four questions with true or false for yourself:

‘regularly’ means recurring weekly

  1. You regularly have difficulty with the onset of sleep, it takes more than 20 minutes after lights off?
  2. You have difficulty to fall asleep again once you’ve woken up at night?
  3. You wake up regularly during the night?
  4. Your final awakening regularly occurs before your alarms goes of, and this bothers you?

If the answer to at least 1 of the questions is ‘true’, choose the ‘BASIC’ program.

If the answer to all questions is false, choose the ‘CHALLENGE’ program.

Program ‘CHALLENGE’:
I am not satisfied with my sleep quality

  • 4 weeks course with video, audio and workbook on the platform
  • 2 months access to the platform
  • Possible link with the fitbit activity tracker to register bedtimes

Program ‘BASIC’:
“I think I suffer from mild to severe insomnia”

  • 6 weeks course with video, audio and workbook on the platform
  • 6 months access to the platform
  • Extra personalized emails to support you on your path to healthy sleep!

Program ‘CHALLENGE’:

! The 1 on 1 coaching takes place online or live – to be agreed in advance with the coach. Mileage allowance is charged separately.
