Take on the challenge together with or against your colleagues

Challenge your colleagues! We can start a fun challenge within your company and thus motivate the employees to work on their health. We have various playful challenges in our offer where the focus is on FUN and dynamics! Are you interested or do you want more information? Do not hesitate to contact us!

 

Walking challenge

The participants are challenged to take 10,000 steps every day. An activity tracker (such as a fitbit or polar) is required for this challenge. This challenge can be played 1 against all or in teams.

Candy challenge

The participants are challenged to eat less or not at all via this challenge. You can find the rules on what counts as candy in the app. The participants indicated on the app whether they had not eaten sweets that day. This challenge can be played 1 against all or also in teams.

Beat the softdrink challenge

The participants are challenged not to drink sugary drinks. ou can find the rules on what counts as sugary drinks in the app. They indicate on the app whether they have not drunk any sugary drinks that day.

Water challenge

The participants are challenged to achieve the health standard for drinking water (between 1.5L and 3.5L) every day. In the app or via the website you indicate how much water you drink each day.

Fit-o-meter challenge

Exercises that can be performed at different places in the company. For example, squatting at the coffee machine, lunging through the hallway, planking at the printer, … If you have done three exercises in one day, indicate on the app or via the website that you have done your exercises that day.
